  I would not recommend this business. Beth took full payment from me in Oct 2015 to engrave my mother's headstone, and the job didn't get done for 5 months. She never told me it would take that long. When I would call to follow-up, she could never tell me when the job would be done. She couldn't even give me a timing estimate. At least twice she yelled at me on the phone when I called to follow-up. In the end, the stone cutter did a good job.

  This establishment displays unacceptable business practices, they are not available to customers and do not meet your needs. My mother was buried back in April of 2015 and no head piece has been produced as of this day on 16 Feb 2016. Our calls are often and mostly unanswered, only broken promises are offered when there is limited contact on their part. They will not entertain giving my family a refund but keep promising a product with excuses and it is now going on 1 year that my loved one has been laying in an unmarked grave. Again, this is unacceptable business practice to take a customers money and there is no product, not to mention not honoring the deceased.

  Beth was excellent. I was very pleased with the headstone for my parents and the short turn around between placing the order and the installation of the headstone. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for a memorial.

  Excellent and professional service and we utilized this company twice. First at my husband's death when and they supplied a fabulous and dignified headstone design and then at mother's passing which required the headstone being set in another state. I can not say enough about the company's smooth and sensitive manner in dealing with our difficult needs.
